I’m keeping my fingers crossed for a sunny, solar cooking friendly day for all the Sun Oven chefs out there. My turkey is brining and ready to go, and my pies are baked. All that’s left to do is enjoy the day!
We tried it in our atrium in January afternoon sun at low sun angle(37deg n. latitude, 7000 ft elevation,) – got to 220 deg F in 30 minutes, before we lost the sun! We bake our own bread, so we cant wait to try it
