The cooking chamber of the Global Sun Oven may seem small at first sight, but its even heat means you can use all of the available space. With a little creativity you can cook all sorts of side dishes along with your main entree. Baked potatoes or corn on the cob can be placed on the leveling tray next to the pot or on its lid. You don’t even need to husk the corn, just wash it thoroughly and put it in the cooking chamber. Root vegetables can be tossed with olive oil and herbs, spread out in a baking dish, and set on top of the cooking pot. Parchment paper can be used to make pouches that fit just about anywhere. So with the Global Sun Oven and a little sunshine there’s no excuse for not eating your veggies.
