All American Sun Oven Replacement Glass Door

The replacement glass door for the All American Sun Oven also works on the Global Sun Oven.
The glass door comes with hardware, hinge brackets and focusing cubes attached.

Installation

1. Open the glass door and remove the left screw that is holding the bottom bracket into the wood.

2. Loosen the right screw that is holding the bottom bracket into the wood and pivot the bracket down.

3. Slide the glass out of the top bracket and set aside.

4. Slide the new glass into the top bracket.

5. With the door open, pivot the bottom bracket back into place.

6. Screw the left screw into the hole through the bottom bracket.

7. Tighten up the right screw holding the bottom bracket.

this solar oven is amazing. well engineered, well thought out and performs very well. in my opinion most foods come out tasting better than conventional methods of cooking and this oven saves tons of energy over convention cooking methods. i anticipate making a solar tracker for it so i can set it out in the morning, have direct sun via the tracking system, going in all day and have a nice dinner by evening. while at work or busy doing things. i thought it came with stacking pots and other accessories, but they don't offer them anymore with the oven. for me, this justified the cost and i complained. i felt heard and taken care of by the company. i can honestly recommend this solar oven and interacting with the company.,

I have not used it yet but I am looking forward to trying put a few recipes

Awesome Sun Oven!!

We absolutely love our new All American Sun Oven!! Been using it everyday since we got it! Making meals, hard boiled eggs, beef jerky, sun dried tomatoes, drying herbs etc… it’s the best!! We are truly thrilled. We found out about this wonderful product from Off Grid with Doug and Stacy! We wish we would have learned about this years ago but we have it now and are extremely happy! I have wanted one of these for years and four months ago went for it. First, being able to pay it off with Shop Pay takes the sting out of the price tag. Yes it is spendy but worth it. To be fair, this is my first solar oven and I didn't want to start entry level and buy up as I knew I was going to be using it a lot.

I mill our own grain and make our own bread. I didn't want to heat the kitchen up all summer baking bread. Also, we wanted something to use in case of emergencies, etc. This has performed far beyond my expectations. It is easy peasy to learn how to use. Once I even stacked two 1 lb pullman loaf pans on top of a 2 lb pullman and it actually baked them all, two were even heavy batter Ezekiel bread.

I have yet to try meat, but this week I am making a roast and decided to go for it.

If I were to change one thing, it would be to have a crank lift, like bumper pull trailers have, to lift and lower it. It can get a little fiddly managing to get that button in place. But otherwise, it is perfect.
